Parties
Kennel "Ay Da Boxer" (Svetlana Avtukh/Daryl Witt) shall hereinagter be referred to as "SELLER".
And _____________________________________ the original and solely purchasing party, shall hereinafter to as "BUYER" .
Agreement
At this day, the SELLER transfers and the BUYER accepts the possesion of the dog. Both, SELLER and BUYER agree that dog is healthy, free from genetic/congenital issues and complies to breed standard.

Buyer's Responsibility
BUYER swears that s/he is not associated with any pet shop or animal broker, s/he is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this dog and it will remain solely in his/her custody .
BUYER agrees that s/he has read and understands the health certificate, issued by the certified veterinarian fully.
BUYER agrees to take this dog to local licensed veterianrian within 48 hours after purchase. The copy of physical examination must be sent to SELLER within five days after vet visit.
BUYER agrees to care for this dog as would a humane and conscientious dog owner, such as:
* feed the dog a good quality pet food in according with instructions given by the SELLER
* provide proper veterinary care during the ownership (annual physical examination, regular immunizations, administer heartworm prevention)
* adequate housing for this dog withing BUYER's house and yard, provide safe vehicle transport
* adequate exercise by providing the dog with supervised walking/running on regular basic and in according with the age
In the event of death of the dog before 18 months old, BUYER must present to the SELLER the death certificate from a licensed veterinarian, along with official necropsy report, paid by BUYER.
BUYER is responsible for AKC registration fee and for the cost of obtaining new documents in case it lost. However, the SELLER will assist the BUYER by providing a copy of these documents.
BUYER agrees to return the dog back to SELLER by first official demand from SELLER in case if dog is abused/neglected.

BUYER understand that various defects and health problems are common in boxer breed and the inheritance of such defects is poorly understood by science, therefore BUYER agrees not to blame Seller or her/his dogs privately or publicly if puppy affected by any inheritable condition or defect.
Seller's Responsibilities
In the event of the death of the dog within 18 months from its birth due to genetic/congenital issues, the SELLER shall replace the dog with another of equivalent value, not necessarily from the same Dam and Sire. The replacement will be subject to availability, the puppy will be replaced and no money will be refunded. The value of the dog for the purpuse of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, not including shipping, or any additional prices declared by the BUYER. In the event this guarantee is exercised, the registration papers and all other signed papers must be return before replacement.
SELLER agrees to refund _________________________________ if Buyer returns the dog in 7 days after purchasing.
SELLER agrees to sent dog's papers for registration at American Kennel Club to be transfered on BUYER's name :
*** at the end of "health guarantee" period (or earlier - if BUYER requests to terminate "health guarantee")
*** if Seller receives from the BUYER a copy of spay/neuter certificate, signed by the licensed veterinarian who has performed the surgery along with a copy of the itemized surgery bill
*** if Buyer requests for "lifting of AKC limited registration" and provides official reports of health testing:
---- passing OFA or BK hip certification (done between 18 and 24 months)
---- heart Echo with BK passing flow rates (done between 18 and 24 months by Board Certified Cardiologist)
---- male must have both fully dropped testicles.
(Buyer is responsible for all cost associated with health testing)
SELLER agrees to accept the return of the purchased dog at any time if the BUYER declines to keep said dog by any reason (without any refunds of purchased price or any additional prices declered by BUYER)
SELLER has a right to file judgment against BUYER if dog sent to shelter without SELLER's permission. BUYER will be responsible for all/any legal costs in this situation.
SELLER makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, under this contract except as stated above.
ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENTS MAY ONLY BE MADE WITH SELLER'S WRITTEN CONSENT
***Violation of the terms of this contract renders all guarantees stipulates in this contract to be null and void and may result in the BUYER being reguired to return the dog to the SELLER within 5 days of receipt of notice from the SELLER. The BUYER will be responsible for the cost of the dog's trasport back to the SELLER, for any/all legal cost enforsing this contract
***This contract is valid only for this original BUYER who purchased the dog. If the dog is transferred to another owner, this contract is null and void.
***In the event of any ligitation on connection with agreement, the SELLER will be paid reasonable attorney fees by the BUYER. Venue and jurisdiction fro ligitation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie excesivelly in Johnson County IA
